今日は行方で行わさせていただいているニッポンｅ物産市の説明会でした。 ここ行方には面白い製造業者さんがたくさんいます。作っているものもナマズの燻製や、芋ようかんなどこだわりを持ったものばかり。物の深さは作った人の深さからも出るんですね。 面白い。
今年の３月に面白いといって食べたナマズの燻製を作っている方とこんなかかわりをする事になるとは思っていませんでした！ほんとに活動していると何があるかわからないから面白いですね！
