おばちゃんに農家はやめろと言われた時に、
「いや！私はおばちゃんの仕事はステキだと思うから農家になる」
と言えなかったことがずっと引っかかっていました。
仕事は嫌いじゃないけど、私がこの集落に入ったら先が見えなくなってしまう。
ということを感じたからです。
また、この問題は山口県だけで起きているわけではないので
たくさんの地域を元気にしたいと思いました。
就職活動が始まった時に、
どうしてもそういう仕事をしたい！と思って色々な人に話を聞きに行きました。
そこで、NOPPOと出会いました。
