今日は山梨で友達の開墾作業を手伝いました！ 傾斜地の畑をみつまた、かまなど昔ながらの農機具だけで開墾してるのです。そこで麦を育てて、構想している移動カフェで売るそうです。 一からの開墾はすごい疲れました！畑をまた使えるようにするにはこんなに労力がかかるなんて… 開墾作業はとてもいいことだけど、年々増えていく耕作放棄地をどう増やさないようにするかも重要だと思いました。 たくさん働いた後のご飯はすごいおいしかったです。
